ChatAuto is operated by MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. in Europe. We use the minimum information required to provide conversations, vehicle memory, uploaded documents and account features.
What we process
Account identity, selected country and language, vehicles you add, saved conversations, uploaded files, product usage and technical security logs. VIN is optional.
Why we process it
To provide personalised automotive analysis, preserve vehicle history, secure the service, control usage, improve answer quality and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Questions and relevant attachments may be sent server-side to OpenAI to generate an answer. Credentials are never exposed to the browser.
Your choices
You can delete individual vehicles and documents, request an export, or delete your account data. Contact privacy@chatauto.eu for privacy requests.
