Consumers and withdrawal
Consumers have statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. If you ask us to begin a digital service immediately, the law may affect the right of withdrawal once performance starts. Send a clear withdrawal or complaint request to hello@chatauto.eu. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
AI information and safety
You are interacting with an AI system. Answers can be incomplete or wrong and do not replace a physical inspection, manufacturer instructions or a qualified technician. Do not drive when a safety-critical defect may exist. The user remains responsible for checking information before acting on it.
Liability, law and disputes
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Consumers may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI).

Billing and payment terms
ChatAuto.eu is operated and its service is provided by MAŃSKI AI s.r.o.
Some payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For those transactions, Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, acts as Merchant of Record under the applicable terms. This is why payment confirmations, invoices or bank statements may show Sold through Link, LLC, Link, LLC or LINK.COM. MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. remains the operator of ChatAuto.eu.
Go, Pro and Business are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through your account’s billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
Extra question packs and valuation certificates are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
The selected price, currency, billing period and final total, including any applicable taxes, are shown before payment confirmation. Tax treatment depends on the customer’s location, status and valid tax details; providing a VAT number does not automatically guarantee exemption.
