ChatAuto.eu is operated and its service is provided by MAŃSKI AI s.r.o.
Some payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For those transactions, Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, acts as Merchant of Record under the applicable terms. This is why payment confirmations, invoices or bank statements may show Sold through Link, LLC, Link, LLC or LINK.COM. MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. remains the operator of ChatAuto.eu.
Go, Pro and Business are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through your account’s billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
Extra question packs and valuation certificates are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
The selected price, currency, billing period and final total, including any applicable taxes, are shown before payment confirmation. Tax treatment depends on the customer’s location, status and valid tax details; providing a VAT number does not automatically guarantee exemption.
